Carter Larson
I am a 21-year-old photographer based in Salt Lake City, Utah. My passion for photography began in my freshman year of high school and grew into a business over time. After graduating early, I spent about two years traveling. My family owns a scuba dive shop in Riverton, which has provided me with numerous travel and exploration opportunities. I also lived in Hawaii for several months, leading snorkeling and whale-watching tours. In mid-2024, I decided to settle in Utah to establish my photography business and pursue an education in nursing.
I love any opportunity to immerse myself in nature, try new things, and photograph everything along the way. This has given me experience in various styles of photography, including portraits, landscapes, underwater, and film. Someone in my life taught me to see the special and beautiful in everything, everyone, and every story. I have passion for the chance to capture those special and beautiful moments.

Freediving & Scuba𓆝
I am a certified freediving and scuba instructor! These certifications have given me many opportunities to travel & see cool creatures like octopus, whales, sharks, & turtles!. My current freediving depth record is 100 feet, and I can hold my breath for 4 minutes!
Synesthesia 𖦹
I experience synesthesia, a condition where one sense is simultaneously perceived by one or more additional senses. For me, this means I associate experiences and music with colors. I often incorporate this unique perspective into my editing, choosing albums that match the colors and vibes of the photos. I often send your photos with album recommendations that align with these associations!
I Write Music ♬
In 7th grade, I asked for a ukulele for Christmas. Once I became proficient, I bought a guitar and started taking lessons. Eventually, I began teaching guitar, ukulele, banjo, and mandolin. Along the way, I also started writing music, as I’ve always dreamed of becoming a well-known musician. I even have some music on all streaming platforms—if you can find it!
